This policy covers truehousecost.uk, operated by a private individual. It explains what happens to your data when you use the calculator.
There is no sign-up, no account, and no database behind this tool. When you use the calculator, the figures you enter — price, deposit, buyer details, mortgage terms and so on — are sent to the server, used to compute a result, and returned to your browser. They are not written to a database, logged to a file, or retained by the tool after that request completes. Nothing you type is shared with any third party for marketing, profiling, or any purpose other than producing the numbers you asked for.
This site does not set cookies and does not run any analytics, tracking pixel, or third-party script of its own. If that changes in the future — for example, to add privacy- respecting analytics — this policy will be updated first, and any cookie that isn't strictly necessary will only be set with your consent.
This site is hosted on Render. Like most web hosts, Render's infrastructure automatically processes standard technical data for every request — such as IP address, browser user-agent, the page or endpoint requested, and the time of the request — for security, abuse prevention and operational purposes, independently of anything this tool's own code does. That processing is governed by Render's own privacy policy: render.com/privacy.
Because this tool does not create accounts or store your inputs after a request completes, there is generally nothing held by the operator to access, correct, or erase. If you believe otherwise, or have a request relating to hosting-level server logs, use the contact form and, where relevant, contact Render directly.
This tool is a general-purpose calculator and is not directed at children.
